We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock items as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the item and order volume.

 

Standard Orders:

Typically processed within 2-5 business days before dispatch.

Pre-Orders: Some products are available on a pre-order basis, with a future release date. The estimated shipping timeframe for these items will be noted on the individual product page.

Pre-orders will be shipped once production is complete.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

2. Estimated Shipping Times

 

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays (e.g., customs processing, carrier disruptions, or high order volumes).

 

United Kingdom: 5-10 business days

European Union: 7-12 business days

United States: 7-12 business days

Canada: 10-15 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 10-15 business days

Rest of the World: 15-25 business days

 

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

 

3. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. However, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your package is delayed in customs, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office for assistance.

 

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping is handled by external carriers. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping providers. However, if your package is significantly delayed, please contact your local courier or postal service first before reaching out to us.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations, especially for pre-orders or custom-made items. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
