Thank you for shopping at Angel Murray’s Official Store. As an independent artist, each item is made in limited quantities, so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges except in specific cases. Please read below for our refund policy.

 

1. All Sales Are Final

- Due to the limited nature of our merchandise, all sales are final.

- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

- Please check the product details and sizing guide before placing an order.

 

2. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will only issue refunds or replacements if:

 

- You receive a damaged or defective item.

- You receive the wrong item that is different from what you ordered.

 

If this happens, please contact us at angelmurraycontact@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

- Your order number

- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

 

We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

3. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been dispatched.

 

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local postal service before contacting us.

 

4. Refund ProcessingIf a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
